Find out if Tae Kwon Do is right for you or your child.  No prior athletic skills are required to participate.  All are welcome.

The Addison and Avoca Tae Kwon Do Clubs recently competed in a national tournament in NYC. Crystal Peck took 2^nd in the Women’s Purple Belt division in sparring and placed in forms, Matthew Benicasa tied for 1^st in the Teen Purple Belt division in sparring and placed in forms, Autumn Essigman was a medal winner in the Kid’s Green Belt Division and Leland Essigman was a medal winner in the Kid’s Yellow Belt Division.
